Mid-Rent

Mid-Rent- this option is specifically aimed towards key workers such as nurses, teachers and others in the public sector. Rents are set between housing association rent and market rent.

Market rent

Market Rent- Market rented properties have rents set at market values and come carpeted with white good installed. Most properties have an allocated car parking space and are maintained to a high standard.

Shared Ownership

Shared Ownership is a low cost home ownership option that is aimed at people on a modest income. With Shared Ownership a person can buy 25% shares (called tranches) in a property and pay an occupancy charge for the remaining part.

Shared Equity

Shared Equity is another low cost home ownership option to help you get on the property ladder. It is aimed at people on a lower income and helps you buy a majority share in a property; usually between 60% to 80 % The Scottish Government will hold the remaining share under a Shared Equity agreement.
